At least there weren’t any forcible divorces: all those couples who married before a majority voted a civil right away from that minority, are still legally married. That part of Prop 8 was justly decided against.
It’s the last hurrah for the anti-gay bigots. Enjoy your tiny, small-minded, terrified bigotry – because in 2010 there will be a pro-marriage amendment up for the vote, and the anti-marriage bigots will never be able to muster the votes again.
